Diane’s passion is helping clients overcome grief by understanding its true nature.  We’re often taught how to gain things in life, but not how to handle loss.

What I do: Widowed in 2016 and having lost my sister in 2017, I combined my Grief Training with my NLP skills to assist others in navigating their grief.  A loss is an end of a familiar pattern of behaviour, and the depth of your attachment determines your grief.

People recognise grief in death, but it also arises from divorce, health issues, career changes and more.  I help clients break through myths and old beliefs, addressing guilt and self- comparison that keeps them stuck.

How can I help: Qualified in Neuro Linguistic Programming since 2004 and a Master Practitioner since 2006, I specialised in stress and depression management, with additional training in Advanced Hypnotherapy, EFT, Timeline and Humanistic Psychology. Since 2017 I’ve focused on Grief Training and added EMDR trauma coaching.
